Efi's House

Efi's Ηouse is an elegant spacious house in the real heart of Chania city, only 0.6 miles from the Old Venetian Port and Firkas Fortress. It is 122 sqm on the upper (1st) floor of a recently renovated two-story house and it is ideal for families and groups of friends, as it can host up to 6 people. The combination of classic and modern aesthetics and the choice of colors, furniture and decorations, evoke a feeling of nostalgia for the bygone era, while they also remind the present and future.

As you walk in, you see the main hallway with a handmade tile floor and beautiful vintage furniture, which create a charming and inviting atmosphere.

On your right, there is a bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table, chairs and sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a veranda with a table and comfortable chairs for drinks and snacks.

Entering the hall, also on the right, one can find the master bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a big dining table, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. On your left, you will find the other 2 bedrooms and the living room.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with 4 a/c’s for heating and cooling, two TVs in the bedrooms and one in the living room, as well as unlimited, wi-fi and three socket based internet connections. It is fully furnished and equipped, providing its visitors a comfortable stay.
